Signal subtractors for comparator logic (ORE server)

This command provides a shulker box containing furnaces that can can be used to respectively subtract 1-15 signal strenth through the use of comparators, essentially being a recreation of the shulker box the ORE server supplies players with. I hope this makes working with comparators a little bit more convenient for whoever is out there looking for it!
