catowI've made a command that will add all the 16 colors to your game. That will create 16 different teams with 16 different colors. Instead of doing a lot of commands all you need is to run this only command. To add a color to your floating text, player or armor stand or whatever just do this:
/scoreboard teams join entity color_name
