ok, first of all, this doesnt actually do anything BUT IT LOOKS SOOOOOOOO COOL and it also might cause lag BUT IT IS SUPER COOL AND ITS LIKE A MEGA SMOKE GRENADE

so you put this in a repeating command block, activate the command block, and if all goes well, soon ALL SNOWBALLS WILL CAUSE THESE SUPER COOL CLOUD THINGS!!! 

ps. snow golems would be either SUPER laggy or SUPER cool or both so ya have fun
