Spawn Lightning Power by redfuzzyturtle

Sorry if this doesn't work i made it from scratch and its only my second time doing this. it is supposed to give you some spawn eggs that if you spawn it the it makes a bunch of lightning but like i said it might not work, its ONLY for 1.11-1.11.2 so don't even try with other versions. Thanks!!!!
