i can't use a command only one effect command you need fence any wood lead a pig (or a pig spawn egg) a saddle make a 9 by 11 frame of fence of your choice up then take your pig spawn egg and spawn a pig tie the pigs to a leash then tie it any where on the 11 up fence then use the command on the pigs and Right click on the saddle 

Have a carrot on a stick on your off hand/main hand so your head is not backwards :)
