Copy into a command block and replace ~~~ with the coordinates of where you want it to be placed. Replace --- with the text you want it to display. The one here works for 1.8 only, but if you want it to work for 1.11 and higher, just replace the ArmorStand with armor_stand. I did not test this. This works great for custom maps, enjoy!
