How To Do/Use it:

First You Have To do /give @p minecraft:command_block  [ IF THAT DOESN'T WORK DO, /give ( your username ) minecraft:command_block ].

Next  Minimize Minecraft and go back to this page and Go down and Copy the command that should be listed below. ( Highlight it then push CTRL + C )

Open Minecraft back up, click the command bar in the command block and paste the command inside it ( Push CTRL + V ) 

Push "Done," 

Take a Lever and Hold Shift and Place the lever on the command Block.

You're Done! Now Just Flip the lever!
