So, effect blocks with hidden quicksand traps.

If there is cobweb 2 blocks under the player, they fall through and die of suffocation.

List of effects:

Redstone Block: Speed
Emerald Block: Levitation (For elevators and such.)
Diamond Block: Regeneration
Iron Block: Slowness
Gold Block: Haste
Glass: Invisibility
Quartz Block: Clear All Effects
Magma: Fire Resistance
Lapis Block: Night Vision
End Stone: Glowing
Soul Sand: Nausea
Slime Block: Jump Boost
