en 1.9, 1.10 /summon Tools & Weapons

This is my very first command :D I hope you all like it, it isn't much but i decided to share it on minecraft command science!

Features:

Flame Arrows Trail
Explosive Arrows
Very Small 7 by 4 Compact Machine!
