2. Wear it on your head

3. If you're on 1.9+, get an unbreakable elytra (   /give @p elytra 1 0 {Unbreakable:1}  ) for smooth landing and flying.

4. Switch to survival and enjoy!  (  /gamemode 0  )  (Tip: Heal instantly by entering this command:  /effect @p minecraft:instant_health 10000 100  ! )

What you get:

• Speed
• Extreme attack (I think you can kill the enderdragon and wither in one hit when you wear this)
• Lots of health (Takes a while to die when you fall into the Void)
