Structure Blocks allow the player to save, load, and copy buildings or anything to your Minecraft file allowing you to copy and paste without having to build. It's kind of hard to learn when you're new to it but once you get the hang of learning the basics you'll be able to copy, paste, rotate etc buildings quick. This feature was mainly for customs maps if you don't have World Edit.
