Blood Effect by ultimateculprite

This is a blood effect, and will cause your screen to turn red (Like in most FPS video games). To set it up, it takes these commands:

#1 (do this BEFORE "#2") /worldborder set 600000

#2 (do this AFTER "#1") /worldborder warning distance 999999

if you want to turn it off, do this:

/worldborder warning distance 0
