Get into the battle fast and defeat your enemies. The speed is not so overwhelming that its unusable in real game play. I dialed it in at 0.07 so its a bit faster than normal sprinting. When you use the sprint you still get a boost of speed that's still controllable but the best part is you can sneak at almost the same speed as non-enchanted normal walking.
