Mob Freezing Potion!

Hey guys! This is xXDeoGeoXx! This is my first published command, and this command freezes mobs where they are! If you throw the potion at them, they will freeze forever. If you get this effect on yourself, you can just drink a milk bucket. Have fun! Thanks for using my command if you used it :D
