A potion that uses a jump boost bug combined with slowness and mining fatigue to produce a literal freezing effect. Warning: If an entity is frozen and falls down a block it 

will shatter. (Another bug with jump boost is when the jump effect is negative, the fall res is as well, killing any entity that falls even a minute distance)
