Splash Potion Arrows by calverin

Even before 1.9 comes out you can have potion arrows with commands! Just make a 2 repeater Clock leading to the first command, then a comparator to the second command, and then to the right of the second command touching it do the third command! (Don't type in anything that is in parenthesis)
