Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that can be consumed on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. It's a perfect match for lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready for brew. After making the coffee, let it sit for 4 minutes. This will ensure that the grounds have been fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should then be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this could lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.

Strength - 3, easy and easy to go, great for relaxing on the weekend.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is a soft light roast that has a sweet, citrus and cocoa smell. It has a soft touch and a soft mouthfeel. The cocoa hints can be traced back to a winter's day spent on the sofa with a good book and a warm hug from the family. To brew your coffee, first heat your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from becoming over extracted and creating undesirable elements in your drink. Add costa coffee 1kg and 250ml of water that is off the boil. Steep for four minutes, take a plunge, and then enjoy.
