Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrading gear increases its stats base and often boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are applied.
For instance, the top racial shield Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb ability in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an acquired item like a weapon, armor, or ring. This swaps the current item for one similar item with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. However, they don't keep the level of the original item and any resources wasted won't be compensated for.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of the equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can roll equipment with three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player additional health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To produce them, you need a higher level token to reroll. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on action spaces The reroll marker is left on the space until the next success result is repeated. This allows you to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. Once they're opened they show a complete description and an icon for the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.
In the end, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.
