Glyphs allows you to add symbols to your text. You can select them from the menu at the left of the screen. The Glyphs panel displays glyphs based on the font in which your cursor is located. You can alter the font or typestyle, and narrow the list to include only punctuation symbols using the option beneath the entire Font. You can see the CID/GID value as well as the Unicode value of the glyph by moving your cursor.

The Glyphs Panel will keep track of your last 35 glyphs, and display them under Recently Used in the first row (you have to expand the panel so you can see all 35). You can also clear this list by right-clicking, or Control-clicking, a glyph in the list and choosing Remove From Recent Glyphs.

The Glyphs Panel also lets users to create a customized set of glyphs. This could be helpful if you often require typing certain types of text. This will save you from needing to manually insert each glyph whenever you need it.

A custom glyph can be made up of a maximum of 30 glyphs. This includes the base name as well as its suffix. The glyphs in the base name must be uppercase English letters (A-Z) as well as lowercase English letters (a-z), European digits (0-9), and underscore (_). The glyphs that make up the suffix can include ligatures or contextual alternates which are variants that combine two or more characters into a single visually unified character.

Reroll Tokens

The level of an item is increased by 1 each time you level an item to the maximum possible level.

The Blueprint Desk allows players to purchase new appliances, ingredients and decorations for their restaurant. Blueprints are given at the beginning of each Preparation Stage and appear as envelopes which can be opened by pressing the Grab. Each blueprint is branded with a distinct icon, with each type of upgradable item displaying various icons:


Some recipes require certain Appliances or Ingredients that are available by selecting a Franchise Card from the Blueprint Desk. Some Appliances and Ingredients are considered staples, which means that they are not available at the Shop or through a reroll. However, others have a higher chance of being available if a particular Franchise Card is chosen from the Blueprint Desk. This is known as the Staple Pool, and the items contained in it will remain in the pool for the duration of the run. When purchased from the Blueprint Desk, non-staple equipment is also transferred to the Seed Pool.

Recycled Items

The magic happens when you use the third "R," recycling. You can benefit the environment by recycling a product made from recycled materials. Most recycled products are sent back to the manufacturer from which they came to be remade into a new item. This is what we refer to as "closing the loop of recycling."

When a person places something in their recycling bin at the curb, it gets sent to a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) where it gets separated and sorted into various components. The final reason to purchase recycled products is that it takes less energy to produce new items using recycled materials as compared to creating them from raw materials. The manufacturing process for the new aluminum container requires 95% more energy than the manufacturing of a can made of recycled materials. This is why every little bit counts.

Leveling

Most units can level up, which gives them extra XP each time they fight or are attacked. The XP used for this is used to unlock upgrades or increase the main stats of the unit. Weapons are a good example of this, since they can be upgraded by increasing their damage and range.
