The material change not only physically lightens the watch up, it turns the whole look of the vibe down a notch, easing up on the EXTREME vibe of the previous release.First are three new time-and-date models, each with a new textured and curved dial – Seiko says each color is inspired by the warm and natural colors and textures of the textiles traditionally used in Japan. I prefer the black dial since the blue reminds me too much of the 50th-anniversary Silver Snoopy watch, and that color combination was never my favorite.
