I'll certainly stay on the lookout for these Credors because the one I saw that evening positively surprised me. Oh, and did I mention that there are also some two-tone versions out there? At the time, it was the first oil-filled mechanical watch, and it debuted in both white- and Piaget Altiplano black-dial versions. While this is partially justified, we should see branding in a broader and more neutral light. These coinciding histories mean that both Breitling and Triumph should attract attention and new audiences – which ultimately is what all these collabs are about. Over his next seven years at Akrivia, he'd see his brother Rexhep grow into one of the most recognized young independent watchmakers in Switzerland.
Similarly, flaunting an expensive watch may not be smart if you are in sales.Taking the top prize this year is James's in-depth review of the current generation Rolex Explorer. This is a contemporary take on one of the most classic Rolex models, and James does a fantastic job explaining how it fits into the Explorer line-up, how it's a great modern watch in its own right, and who should rush over to their local AD to try and score one for themselves. The three dial colors are: All of the dials are textured and curved to complement the natural inspiration of the color choices. The indices also curve with the dial, as do the minute and seconds hands.Nevertheless, I also appreciate Omega pushing the idea of a Speedmaster Moonphase forward. This watch feels distinctly different than the last Speedmaster Moonphase from 2016, which shows how much effort they put into this release.
