What kind of workouts do you prefer and why exactly it?

I used to travel often and therefore preferred yoga. Firstly, this is a really good and effective way to keep your body in good shape, with minimal risk of injury, and secondly, for my morning workouts, it was enough for me to have a thick yoga mat, which was always in my suitcase and I could start doing morning asanas anywhere. This is really very convenient and practically the only type of training that helps you get amazing results without additional sports equipment.
