So, tomorrow my family and I are leaving for a week-long vacation with a large family. To put it mildly, I am extremely scared. I am supposed to follow an anorexic eating plan with 3 meals and 3 snacks, but I really want to try and eat intuitively, since I willingly eat food and snacks. I just really want to listen to my body for once. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? I just want to enjoy my vacation and NOT worry about eating 3 meals a day and snacking every day. Do you have any tips?
This is excellent advice. Just don't get hung up on this problem, and the solution will come by itself. I'm wondering where are you going on vacation? The girls and I broke our heads can't find good girls weekend ideas. We were thinking of going to the Caribbean Islands, but we are not entirely sure. It's just that none of us have ever been there before and we have no idea about such a holiday. By the way, I would be thrilled if someone shared a story and a plan for their trip to the Caribbean Islands.
