I am planning a trip to Delaware. I use mapquest driving directions to find the fastest route from California to Delaware.

Delaware, a thin and long state on the mid-Atlantic coast, is where the Delaware River meets the Atlantic Ocean. As a result, Delaware has a plethora of beaches, bays, and coves to explore. Delaware has 26 miles of Atlantic Ocean shoreline, 25 miles of Delaware Bay coastline, and 115 miles of inland bay coastline, making it an ideal location for a wide range of animals and outdoor activities.

Delaware has a population of just under one million people. Delaware is a lovely corner of the world to call home. Delaware boasts enticing seaside areas, as well as vibrant suburban communities with a thriving community, feel, whether you're seeking a family home or a retreat to the countryside.

Because of the Atlantic Ocean's moderating influence, Delaware is "partly cloudy" most of the time. This, fortunately, implies that temperatures are not as harsh as they are in some other states. In the summer, average daily temperatures are about 76 degrees Fahrenheit, while in the winter, average daytime temperatures are around 31 degrees Fahrenheit. Every year, the state receives around 43 inches of rain and 21 inches of snow.

There are two toll roads in Delaware. I have calculated my fees to move. I have prepared and brought the required toll if my route has bridges or toll roads.

When traveling, I always listen to the local radio and follow the driving directions of the moving map so that I can update the traffic situation and get out of the traffic jam if I know another way.
