Hey folks, I'm in the early stages of redoing my backyard and I could really use some input. The yard has a pretty noticeable slope, and I’m trying to figure out the best way to level things out and make it both functional and nice to look at. I’ve been reading up on landscaping with retaining walls, but there’s a lot of info out there and I’m honestly not sure where to start.
Has anyone here dealt with building a retaining wall on a slope? Did you DIY it or hire someone? I’m torn between trying to do parts of it myself and just calling in pros.
