I created my website and I used Dribbble, Behance, and just Google Images for design inspiration. I've found that just practicing helps a lot too lol. Also, most of the time when you have a 'creative block' it is because you don't have a clear understanding of the project and the needs. Take a step back and read the briefing again or debrief it again. Or if it's for your project, try to dig deeper into what you want; write it down. Get a clear image of how the website should be/look/feel. I got some help from Transform Agency too.
