Hello,
How is the best way to log DPS payments? Should I set up a bank account called DPS and log payments into there, or should they be logged as an expense to a supplier called DPS? Setting up a bank account would work for new deposits that I've received since there'll be a nice, clear audit trail in my bank statement. So I just set up a transfer from bank account to DPS account and reconcile the bank statement. But this doesn't work for deposits that I inherited in my DPS account since there's no way to adding manual transactions to bank accounts.
Any help will be apprecited.
