Hello. If you are interested in getting the ""inside scoop"" on a hotels com, your best bet is to talk to people that you trust and are working or have worked there. You may not know someone directly, but most likely you have a friend who has a friend... Advice.

Hello. I want to tell you that I have booked rooms through Hotels.com at least a dozen times without any problems. I think you'll agree with my point about checking the quality of service directly at the hotel in case you can't get a better rate, and always pay attention to Hotels.com's cancellation policy. When I read hotels com reviews , I realized that Hotels.com has a very good reputation. Just read everything in the fine print to understand Hotels.com's cancellation policy and find out if the hotel charges extra fees or not.
