Hey everyone, I’m hoping to get some honest thoughts on this. I run a small dev team, and we’ve been managing QA in-house for years, but it’s starting to eat up a ton of our time, and we’re not catching everything. I’ve been thinking about hiring an outsourced QA company to help lighten the load and hopefully improve our testing coverage.

I came across this site called Testing4Success, and it actually looks pretty solid. They seem to offer manual and automated testing, mobile, web apps, the works. But I’ve never used an outsourced QA service before, so I have no idea what to expect.

Has anyone here used Testing4Success or just worked with any outsourced QA team in general? Was it worth it? Did it actually save you time or end up creating more back and forth? Would love to hear what the process was like, how communication went, and whether it improved the quality of your releases.

Thanks in advance, I’m just trying to make sure we make the right move before diving in.
