Would it be okay to have a gestational surrogacy even though I’m fertile? Being pregnant/giving birth seems horrific to me, yet I still would prefer biological children.

Unlike what other people have said you still are able to breast-feed your baby. There are some medications and some prepping that takes before the baby is born but breast-feeding your baby that a surrogate had for you is absolutely possible. You were also present for the birth and are able to have immediate skin to skin contact after the baby is born. There’s nothing wrong with using a surrogate to carry your own baby for whatever reason. You still can have that close bond with your baby if you use a surrogate and there is nothing wrong in using a surrogate. Just a heads up though hiring a surrogate through an agency can cost starting at around $150,000 and go up from there. It depends on whether or not you have embryos created, The fertility doctor that you use, attorneys, psychologist, escrow companies and Surrogacy agency,. Being pregnant and giving birth is a great experience and is not as horrific as many people make it seem. Maybe you should try speaking to a counselor to go over your fears and see if carrying your own child is truly in the cards for you.

Sure. why not? This is the best way to have a kid nowadays. But please mind that a lot depends on the clinic. I would rather recommend to apply to some qualified clinic and get gestational surrogacy services https://startyoursurrogacy.com/gestational-surrogacy-services/ of the highest level. You see, some clinics are specializing on such procedures can help avoid a lot of negative effects and provide some useful recommendations. Simply give them a try and be happy.
