Why did thane daily sale deserve such impeccable information?

Hey. I want to let you know that this was my first order on the DailySale site and it was during the Covid 19 pandemic. I was very worried about my order because the process seemed to be slower than usual. So I found the daily sale phone number and contacted a DailySale employee. Not more than 5 minutes after the conversation, I received an email response from them regarding my problem. They told me what was happening, and the next day everything fell into place. I received another email from DailySale notifying me that my item is on its way. Other than this delay, I didn't have any problems with this website at all.
