I have several renogy solar panels installed on my roof. Is it necessary to hire professional cleaners to clean the solar panels, or just wait for Rain Water to wash them clean?

The only cleaning done here was of tree sap dripping. Washing
would not remove it, took the 3 panels down and used a razor blade.
