I’m planning to start a Minecraft survival server with friends, and I want to experience the game in the best possible graphics quality. I’ve been looking at Intel i7 laptops and wondering if they can handle high-resolution texture packs (like 512x or 1024x) without major lag or frame drops.

I’ll also be using OptiFine and some shader mods, so performance is a big concern. Has anyone tried running Minecraft with ultra textures on an i7 laptop? Do I need a dedicated GPU, or will integrated graphics be enough? Any specific laptop models you’d recommend?
