Hey everyone!

I'm a student looking for a new laptop that can handle everything from research and note-taking to running more demanding programs like Photoshop or light video editing. I need something with a powerful i7 Windows Laptop that’s also lightweight and portable, since I’ll be carrying it around campus a lot.

Any recommendations on the best i7 Windows laptops that offer a good balance between performance and portability? I’m aiming for something under 3lbs if possible, with a decent battery life (at least 8 hours).
