I've been reading great things about how it works to improve brain function, ward off Alzheimers, reduce anxiety and depression, etc. It comes in different forms from buying the mushroom itself at an Asian market or even Whole Foods to ingesting extracts in capsule form.

If anyone has any experience and recommendations, please let shammgod know. :D

I am definitely a fan of lions mane mushroom as a supplement. It has a lot of benefits like: protect against dementia on the long term, can relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety, very recommended for recoveries after nervous system injuries, protects against ulcers in the digestive tract and generally boosts the immune system. They can be consumed in pretty much any form: raw, cooked, dried or steeped as tea, not to mention that it also tastes pretty good, reminds seafood.

Agree. Plus there is a great number of fad diets that only confuses people and may even lead to health damage. If you are one of those people, who are sick of extreme calorie restrictions and unreasonable food limitations, then perhaps intermittent fasting intermittent fasting. Read carelly on that trusted resource and stay healthy. Good luck
