A product/service, the pharmacy company, must position itself in the market highlighting its competitive advantage over the competition.

The question is: what differentiates my pharmacy from competitive pharmacies (those that compete for the same customers) that is perceived by the customer as an advantage that makes them choose us?

The definition of competitive advantages (quality of service, value-added services, schedules, absence of faults, a specialized section of pharmacy demanded by customers ...) with which a product/service is positioned in the market is the basis of the strategy of any marketing plan.
