An SEO campaign consists of predefined, targeted steps to take to increase a site’s rankings in the search engine results for certain keywords.
The main difference between an on-off SEO process and a dedicated SEO effort is that an on-off process has very defined measurable objectives whereas the goal of on-off SEO is to gradually improve a site’s SEO performance in general.
Generally, when we talk about “SEO campaigns”, we are referring to any and all efforts to promote a site in terms of Search Engine Optimization or SEO. This includes link building, content writing, article submission, and the use of pay-per-click advertising.
