The Department of Backward Class Welfare has started disbursing Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarships online through the ePass initiative, ts epass which is one of the government of Telangana's major welfare policies aimed at improving students' educational opportunities. The system connects numerous welfare departments, the Treasury,Colleges, and Banks to grant scholarships.
