Hi. I am looking at an iOS drawing tool for when i get an idea for a 2D game and this and Sketches looks like are the best ones, so quick questions:

is there a transform tool that lets me change an images shape at will? Like Transform in Lightroom CC?

is it good for pixel art? Serviceable?

is there a shapes tool that lets me add predefined shapes?

Procreate seems to do its job much better than the competition, but Lightroom is just as good, and it's silly to deny that. One downside to Lightroom is the price of its subscription. I want to say a few words about mobile gaming. I think it's terrible. Maybe having a couple of games on your phone will save you from a long wait, but they can't do any more good. It's worse than consoles. Right now, all I need to do is sell rust skins and play for my pleasure instead of trying to hit the phone screen.One downside to Lightroom is the price of its subscription.
