As per the guidance from my fitness instructor, I followed a strict 2-month cycle coupled with a calorie deficit diet and cardio centric workout routine. In those 2 months I was able to feel a boost of energy in my body which helped the intensity of my workouts. I also felt an improvement in my stamina and recovery time. After the first 2-month cycle, I took a 2-week break before continuing with the supplement. The second time around however, I stacked it with other supplements and honestly, I got some amazing results which made me really happy and confident.
