What do you usually do at the morning? I myself can't imagine it without a few cups of coffee. One at home and one while I am on the way to the office. I understand that it is an awful habit but I just can't do anything about it.

I am not into coffee, I prefer fresh juice but it is just a matter of taste. I think that it is totally fine to drink a lot of coffee if you are a healthy person. Only if you have some heart-related problems, you should give up.
