Click on the search bar of your desktop and type control panel, click on the control panel from the result to open it. Now, open indexing options as it may be the reason for Outlook not searching. You will see a list of different software in the indexing options dialog box; please ensure that Outlook is included. If it is not listed, click on Modify and enable the check box placed right next to Microsoft Outlook. Click on OK and then close it.
