There are a few things you can do to fix the problem. First, sign out of your email account and sign back in. The next step is to check your spam folder. Many a times, AT&T email not working can be a misinterpretation as your emails are directly going to the spam folder. Ensure that the emails you are looking for aren’t in the spam folder.
