I’ve been learning English for a few years now, and I’d say I’m somewhere around intermediate level. I can understand most things I read or hear, but my vocabulary feels… stuck. I keep using the same safe words and can’t seem to add new ones naturally. Every time I try to memorize lists, I forget half of them after a few days. It’s frustrating because I want to sound more fluent and expressive, but it’s like my brain refuses to cooperate. I feel like I’ve hit a wall — maybe I’m just not learning the right way anymore. How do you guys keep improving once you’re past the beginner phase?
