Amazon accounts are not transferable. And you can only have 1 account or buy from BuyAmzAccounts.
When someone dies, their heir, who inherits the account, cannot operate it. They have to have their own account, prove to Amazon they inherited the deceased’s account, and then Amazon will transfer from one account to the other, and close the deceased’s account. This involves death certificates and copies of wills.
