Malegra, which contains Sildenafil Citrate, is commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). While effective, it may be unsuitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, as it can pose serious health risks.

Firstly, Malegra should be avoided by individuals with severe heart problems, such as recent heart attack, stroke, unstable angina, or severe arrhythmias. Sexual activity itself can strain the heart, and Sildenafil may further increase this risk by lowering blood pressure.

Patients taking nitrate medications (for chest pain or heart disease) must not use MALEGRA, as the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure, potentially leading to fainting, stroke, or even death.

Those with liver or kidney disease may not process the drug effectively, increasing the chance of side effects and requiring dosage adjustments.

People with vision disorders, such as retinitis pigmentosa or a history of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), should also avoid Malegra, as it may worsen vision problems.

Lastly, individuals with bleeding disorders, stomach ulcers, or known allergies to Sildenafil should not use the drug without medical guidance.
