When I was little my dad taught me to swim. it was many years ago and I was learning to swim in the river. Now I have two children and I am afraid to teach them to swim in the river or lake. Maybe I should sign them up for a coach?

It doesn't matter if you can swim or not. It is up to a professional to teach you how to swim. I think it should be a coach. I take my kids to the pool every Wednesday.
