We implemented Trust Swiftly in our company about six months ago — we have a startup in the field of online insurance, and client identity validation is critical, especially when processing quick applications. Before that, we used manual passport verification, and it was, to put it mildly, terribly ineffective. We decided to switch to an automated model, chose Trust Swiftly precisely because of its flexibility — they have a really huge selection of verification methods, but we were especially impressed by the biometric verification. Our scenario is as follows: the client uploads a photo of the passport and takes a selfie — the system analyzes and compares the biometric parameters. Surprisingly, the accuracy turned out to be very high. At first, there were doubts, especially considering that not everyone has good lighting, but Trust Swiftly copes well even with "home" photos. In some cases, it asks to repeat — this is also normal, because security is still more important. The integration took about a month. There is detailed documentation, plus technical support in English — responsive, we even sent them tickets at night, and they responded within an hour. We used their API and webhook notifications to automatically activate the account after successful verification.
