As the subject suggests, I'm looking for something(s) mild and fragrance free to use as a hand/face wash as well as for the body and hair in the shower.
And yes, I have been washing/bathing up 'til now! :D
What I've been using for years is Tersaseptic. Unfortunately, there are three issues:
1) it contains Triclosan. Not a big deal as while it's antibiotic, it's about the least harmful thing there is... likely not much more antibiotic than soap itself!
2) it ain't cheap.
3) most problematic: it appears to have been discontinued! :-0
So... suggestions? To start, Spectrojel is a no-go: it's not at all mild. The alcohol in it zaps my skin... very uncomfortable.
And no, baby shampoo isn't unscented! ;)
Before choosing a care product such as soap/shampoo / or shower gel, you must know your skin type. It's veryvital. You also need to buy soap without sulfates and parabens best paraben free soap you can read here about the dangers of various chemicals components for the skin and body. I recommend you pay attention to soap and other handmade care products. Only natural ingredients and natural fragrances are used in handmade products, no alcohol is added. I use only handmade soap, and my skin quality has improved a lot.
