Is Norton a good antivirus worth buying?

Personally, I liked it more than all the other antiviruses that I tried. My brother used to love using standard windows defender, but he didn't protect it the way I wanted him to. I am very concerned about the security of my personal information on social networks and not only , so I followed the good reviews and bought Norton from jealouscomputers.com since I read really good reviews.
