So I wanted to play using data and searched prior threads to learn that around 1p games consume around 30MB.

In my case, my phone has little built-in memory left, so I can't have shadow verse on my phone. Instead, I have it on my laptop and use my phone as a hotspot. The problem is, that it takes up a weirdly large amount of data Zong call packages. Even going from the title page to the front page consumes around 25 to 30 MB and having a match consumes around as much. Am I consuming this much data just because I'm using my phone as a hotspot? Is there any way I can reduce this or transfer shadow verse to an external memory card?
